We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded/replaced. Store credit will not include shipping costs.
Our products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund in store credit. To be eligible for a store credit refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving of products.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different item or get a reship, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
